Dermaself S.r.l., with registered office at Via Valassina 29, 20159 Milan, VAT no. 10236321211 (“Dermaself”), owns and operates the website www.dermaself.it (the “Website”).
The use of the Website (a) for the purpose of purchasing Dermaself skincare and beauty products offered for sale on the Website (the “Products”) by users (the “Users”), or (b) alternatively, for accessing specialist medical support (the “Medical Support”), which constitutes the subject matter of the contract between the User and Dermaself (the “Contract”), is governed by these general terms and conditions of use and sale (the “General Conditions”).
Through the use of the Website, the User may purchase personalized Products prepared by Dermaself and may access specialist medical support based on the information provided by the User regarding – among other things – their skin characteristics, age, and lifestyle (the “Service”).
The support is provided by qualified personnel (“Skin Specialists” and/or “Doctors”, i.e. specialist physicians registered with the relevant territorial professional bodies). Before using the Website and/or purchasing the Products, Users are required to carefully read these General Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are also referred to in Article 17 below.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Conditions apply to the User’s use of the Website as well as to the Contract concluded between the User and Dermaself. The methods by which the User accepts these General Conditions are governed by paragraph 2 below.
REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
To use the Website, the User must create a personal account by registering on the Website and providing the required information. Registration and, in general, use of the Website are permitted only to legal entities, partnerships, and natural persons who are at least 14 years old. Each User may not create more than one account, nor use other Users’ accounts or allow third parties to use their own account.
At the time of registration, the User is required, under their sole responsibility, to provide certain information necessary for account creation and for Dermaself to prepare the Products, such as, by way of example, first and last name, date of birth, email address, phone number, payment details, skin characteristics, age, and lifestyle. The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for keeping it updated if necessary.
Once the required information has been entered in the appropriate fields of the registration form and the boxes relating to acknowledgment and acceptance of these General Conditions and consent to the processing of personal data have been checked, the User completes registration by clicking the relevant button. Confirmation of successful registration is provided by Dermaself via email, with these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy attached.
For natural persons aged between 14 (completed) and 18 (not yet completed) (the “Minor”), the email address of a parent must be provided. The parent will receive, at that email address, a request to authorize the creation of the Minor’s account. Only if the parent authorizes the creation of the Minor’s account as described above (and provides the required privacy consents) may the registration process be successfully completed.
Upon successful completion of the registration procedure, a personal account is created. To access the personal account and use the Website, the User must enter the username and password chosen during registration. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and not disclosing them to third parties.
Once logged in, the User may use the Service provided and, where applicable, conclude a Contract. Dermaself reserves the right to delete certain accounts without providing reasons and to block access to the Website and accounts at its sole discretion. Dermaself also reserves the right to modify or remove certain Website features, add new ones, and/or make features available only under certain conditions.
PRODUCTS AND INGREDIENTS
Each Product is described on the Website in its specific technical data sheet as resulting from the personalization process (the “Technical Sheet”). The ingredients listed in the Technical Sheet are purely indicative. The ingredient list shown in the Technical Sheet is not an INCI list, as it is also indicative and not exhaustive. Extracts of such ingredients are used in the Products to offer higher quality and performance. The INCI list is shown only before purchase.
It is the User’s responsibility to carefully check the INCI list of the Product being purchased to verify the presence of any undesired ingredients before completing the purchase. Dermaself disclaims any liability for issues arising from the use of the Products caused by intolerances or allergies not reported prior to purchase or within 30 (thirty) minutes of purchase. Reactions caused by unreported intolerances or allergies may not justify a refund or order cancellation.
Dermaself reserves the right to modify the type or availability of Products on the Website at its discretion, as well as to update technical and dimensional information and packaging details without prior notice. Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Dermaself may modify ingredients at any time, replacing them with others of equal or higher quality.
SPECIALIST MEDICAL SUPPORT
Specialist medical support allows the User to book an online consultation with a specialist physician registered with the relevant Medical Association. Each physician’s profile is described on the Website in a dedicated professional profile. Dermaself disclaims any liability for issues arising from medical opinions provided to the User, as the Website is a platform facilitating access to medical professionals but is not a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility. Dermaself reserves the right to modify the medical support staff without prior notice.
CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
Order Procedure. The User may purchase all Products marked with a purchase button and all specialist medical support services available on the Website. Before purchasing, the User confirms that they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, that they are not purchasing Products for resale, and declares that they have reviewed all information contained in the Technical Sheet.
By clicking the purchase button and completing payment, the User submits a purchase order (the “Order”) for the Product and/or specialist medical support. The Order shall be deemed accepted, and the Contract concluded, only upon receipt by the User of a specific Order confirmation sent to the email address provided during registration.
Subscription Purchases. Users may also choose to purchase Products and/or specialist medical support on a subscription basis (the “Subscription”). By subscribing, Users gain access to a reserved area in their personal account to manage their Subscriptions and receive priority email assistance related to the Service, with a response time of up to 2 (two) business days from the assistance request sent to hello@dermaself.it.
The User may modify Subscription Products via the personal account. The Subscription renews automatically each month without notice. It may be deactivated at any time before the next renewal through the User account or by emailing hello@dermaself.it. Subscription purchases are non-refundable. Deleting a personal account does not automatically cancel the Subscription; the Subscription must be cancelled first.
Compatibility of Subscriptions with promotions will be specified from time to time. Promotional discounts apply once at activation and do not repeat on renewals. Dermaself may modify Subscription discounts and benefits at any time.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
All prices shown on the Website include VAT and may be changed by Dermaself until the Contract is concluded. Invoices for Product purchases are issued and sent upon payment and may be downloaded from the User account. Invoices for specialist medical support are issued by the physician after the consultation.
Payments may be made via credit card, PayPal, and for Subscriptions only, Stripe. For Subscriptions, Users authorize Dermaself to charge the selected payment method for current and future renewals. Paid fees are non-refundable.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Dermaself makes reasonable efforts to ensure confidentiality and security of data shared for purchases or Service access. Payment services are provided by third parties, and Dermaself is not liable for malfunctions, fraud, or related damages. Transaction data is transmitted via encrypted protocols and used solely to complete transactions or prevent fraud.
AMENDMENTS
Requests to modify an Order must be sent within 24 hours of Order issuance to hello@dermaself.it. Dermaself will attempt, but is not obligated, to apply requested changes.
SATISFIED OR REFORMULATED
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letters c), d), and e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded. However, Dermaself values customer satisfaction and has voluntarily adopted a “Satisfied or Reformulated” policy.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Dermaself processes and ships Orders within 5 to 10 business days, extendable to 14 business days if ingredients are unavailable. Multiple Orders to the same address may be shipped together. Shipping requirements must be communicated within 24 hours. Packaging is for transport protection only and is not subject to complaints. Products must be checked upon delivery and any issues reported promptly.

DERMASELF LIABILITY
Dermaself strives to ensure uninterrupted Service access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be suspended for maintenance. Dermaself is not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
SERVICE ACCESS LICENSE
Dermaself grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Service. Any unauthorized use results in license revocation and account deactivation.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Users must comply with applicable laws, protect login credentials, and refrain from actions compromising system security.
UNLAWFUL OR UNAUTHORIZED USE
Dermaself may suspend or limit access if misuse is suspected and may pursue legal action.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All Website content, trademarks, and distinctive signs are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. Any reproduction or use without consent is prohibited.
FORCE MAJEURE
Dermaself is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure events. Obligations are suspended for the duration of such events, and Contracts may be terminated after 30 days.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, as detailed in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

CHANGES TO THE CONDITIONS
These Conditions may be updated; updates are effective upon publication on the Website.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts are governed by Italian law. For non-consumer Users, the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction. For consumer Users, jurisdiction lies with the court of the User’s residence or domicile.
